Frenkie de Jong has given his first FC Barcelona interview. The midfielder tells about the connection between the Netherlands and FC Barcelona, what the club means to him and what he expects from playing for FC Barcelona.

When Barcelona first showed interest, De Jong also asked Marc Overmars, Ajax’technical director, about the club. He also played at FC Barcelona: “I talked to Overmars when Barcelona first showed interest”, De Jong says. “He said to me: when you get the chance to play there, you have to take it.”
